2024 Co-Person of the Year

Dan has been - and continues to be - an exemplary pillar of our community, always willing to give of his time. The following is a brief list that supports why we strongly believe Dan qualifies for our organization’s most prestigious award:

Town Supervisor for 6 years

As Town Supervisor accomplished

• that the Town continued to provide athletic fields, the library, the parks, the recreation programs, emergency services, tax assessment and collections all within a budget

• and recently the first Town ambulance in the history of the Town

Councilman for ten years

Pelham Civic Member over 30 years

• Chairman of the Board - 2 years (1 term)

• President - 4 years (2 terms)

You can always depend on Dan to assist in a situation where help is needed... whether it be for an individual, a cause, a community project, or a school initiative... and take on a leadership role. In addition, there are many other causes that Dan contributes to, but keeps them under the radar as an “anonymous donor”. His selflessness, generosity, and benevolence have made Pelham a better community for all to live in and the Pelham Civics a stronger organization.
