Pelham Civic Association Announces Winners of 2022 Raffle Prizes

On Friday evening, October 14th, the Pelham Civic Association held its Annual Dinner Dance Gala at the elegant Surf Club in New Rochelle, honoring Michael Volpe and Philip Carfora as 2022 Persons of the Year. The Gala culminated the Civics' 2022 Fundraising Drive, where the following winners for the raffle prizes were announced. They are:
